Archie "Snake" Simpson:

Season 2

We are introduced to Archie, or Snake, as Spike’s former high-school classmate. After rekindling their relationship, they plan a wedding in season 2. When Spike discovers that she is pregnant, she refuses to tell Snake and contemplates having an abortion. Emma, however, finds out, and ends up telling Snake. The following day, Spike and Snake talk it over and decide to keep the baby. Since their conversation is heavily prolonged, they are forced to run to their wedding and wed in street clothes.

Season 3

In season 3, Snake is diagnosed with cancer. He battles his leukemia the entire duration of the season alongside Spike, Emma, and his friends and family.

Season 5

In season 5, Snake is caught kissing Ms. Hatzilakos by Emma. Emma forces Snake to reveal his inappropriate activities to Spike, who proceeds to throw him outside of the house. They end up recuperating their relationship.

Season 6

Mr. Simpson speaks at JT’s memorial at Degrassi and says that everyone was heavily affected by JT’s departure. His role in season 6 is limited.

Season 7

Snake punishes Darcy for talking in class. When he refuses to lie to Mrs. Sauve, Darcy is forced to extend her counseling sessions. When Snake later finds out that Darcy was raped, he proceeds to apologize to Darcy.
